ABOUT
Brannigan Home Improvement was established in 1986 by Charles Brannigan Lachner. This company started out building new homes and additions, which slowly turned into historic restoration. Between the research of past home models and our molding machine, we have been able to continue the original historic look of these homes. Brannigan started most of its work around Flemington, NJ where we have been a part of restoring the towns historic homes and recently built homes.
Meet the Team
Charles Lachner
Charles started BHI in 1986 after graduating from King's College. With 35+ years in construction, he now teaches construction at Hunterdon County Polytech and currently resides in Flemington, NJ.
Richie Lachner
Richie joined his father's business in 2010 after attending Montclair State University. With now 10+ years in construction, he currently resides in Philadelphia, PA where he is aspiring to become apart of the Philadelphia Fire Department.
Ryan Lachner
Ryan, like his father, graduated from King's College and became a BHI partner in 2019. Before joining forces in the family business, he gained experience at All In Construction and Storm Guard Restoration. Ryan currently resides in Flemington, NJ.
